WHO IS THE IDEAL COSMOPOLITAN CLIENTELE?

Cosmopolitan Wigs was founded on the idea that the wig buying process should be accessible to anyone and everyone. No individual should have to sweat, stress or travel to have a wig that makes them feel beautiful. We are highly dedicated to establishing a community of wig wearers who feel at ease about buying a new wig and feel as beautiful and comfortable as possible in their new purchase.

If you are looking for a well priced wig, with substantial quality, and an easy buying process without the demands and pressures of buying with no option for return or exchange, you are at the right site!

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE HAIR ON A COSMO WIG?

Cosmopolitan Wigs are 100% Brazilian, human processed hair. Our decision to create a line of wigs made of processed Brazilian hair was inspired by a few key factors:

  • Brazilian hair is quality hair which can hold up nicely for approximately 2-4 years (depending  on wear and tear).

  • Brazilian hair wigs are priced well for a consumer who is buying wigs every couple of years without needing to have an endless budget.

  • Because Brazilian hair is generally processed (all of our wigs are processed), it is great for wig wearers who are styling their wigs on a regular basis and want the style to hold without falling immediately.

HOW IS THE PRICE SO LOW? MOST OTHER SHEITELS/WIGS COST DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF A COSMO WIG!

It came to our attention that it is actually possible to provide top quality Brazilian hair wigs at a reasonable price point. Cosmopolitan Wigs is first and foremost dedicated to selling a wig line that is within every buyers reach, we truly feel that no one should be left without a quality wig due to the financial burden that wig wearing can amount to. Therefore, we have taken every possible measure to keep the wigs at an unmatched price point. But rest assured, quality has not been compromised!

HOW DO I FIGURE OUT WHICH COLOR IS BEST FOR ME?

Well, it depends what you are looking for; once you see which option below best suits your wig buying needs, you can learn about your options to figure out your color.

  • I have no clue what color I am?

    • Try our color ring! Our color ring has over 20 color options which can be worn as individual colors or blended for a more dimensional piece. Color rings are available for rent here:

  • I am looking for my Cosmopolitan Wig to be the same color as my current wigs.

    • The easiest way to replicate your current color is to copy the color code which is written on the label inside your current wig.

      • If there is no label or the print has washed out you can always call the company who you bought the wig from and they should be able to give you the color code of your wig based off of the serial number.

    • I would like to try something different than my current color.

      • If you have the color code of the color you are looking for, or even a picture of the look you are going for we can surely identify the right piece for you!

    • I would like to try a new color but I don’t quite know which color that is.

IS MY ORDER "FINAL SALE"?

All Cosmopolitan Wigs (except for custom orders) can be returned according to our Return Policy. After the 5 day return window, the wig can no longer be returned or exchanged AKA final sale.

WHAT IF THE PIECE I WANT IS NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?

The collection stocked on our website is curated based on our popular colors, sizes and lengths as well as pieces which are generally in high demand. If there is a wig that you would like to order but it is not listed on the website, don’t fret! Email us at cosmowigs@gmail.com or contact us here and we will get on the case right away.

DO I HAVE TO COVER SHIPPING FEES?

It’s a buyer’s world these days; free shipping (and free return shipping) for everyone (within the United States). Please see our Shipping Policy for more details. 

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO TRY ON THE WIG BEFORE I NEED TO MAKE MY FINAL DECISION?

Each wig is styled and reviewed prior to shipment, and is shipped in careful packaging to preserve the style of the wig. Once you receive your wig you have a 5-day window to try on the wig, after 5 days the wig is no longer eligible for return. Please see our complete Return Policy for additional qualifications.

WHAT SERVICES CAN I DO TO CUSTOMIZE THE WIG?

We understand that once purchased most wigs need some tweaking and personalization. We take pride in offering pristine customer service in consultations and wig sales. In in an effort to not spread our business too thin, at this time we do not offer any wig services. Please refer to the Sheitel Service Spots for names and locations of salons and stylists who can service your wig locally.

The best advice we have for a client who is looking for a lot of services/customizations to be done to the wig (color, ear tab removal, nape removal, hair thinning, etc.) is to order a CUSTOM PIECE. Please note that custom orders are generally subject to the same Policies as a stock piece, except that custom orders cannot be returned (unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of purchase). 

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE PIECE AT A TIME?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the bandwidth to send out more than one wig at a time, per customer. Of course, we are happy to assist you during the buying process to ensure that your purchase is the best one for you!
